Dear Customer Before contacting us with live chat , please see the following links , you will find your answer in most cases :

2- If you have questions about payment with Paypal and credit card , you will find the needed information in payment page after confirmation.
3- If you have not access to credit cards or Paypal , you find the essential information in Other Payment Methods page.
4- Chat is available for text mode only , we can't reply you with voice chat.
